My newest book is called “AloneAbility” and it’s all about learning how to be embrace your Aloneness, especially after living with a partner for many years, and to get the tools to learn how to be with yourself instead of all alone in life. This book is going to be HUGE because I have hit a nerve in society. We are all so very well connected through technology and yet we’re the most lonely and isolated that we’ve ever been in history!
